Making an account on edenleather.co.ke will make your next purchase from us even faster and easier! You can also check gift card balance with an account. All it takes is your email address and a password that only you can access.

You can create an account during check out process on the website. You only need to do this once. From there you can always use the same details to log into Eden Leather website.

Eden Leather Goods process your personal and credit card information behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Yes, your credit card is charged upon completion of your order. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we will give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and we have charged your credit card.

Eden Leather accepts different methods of paying for your order. We have integrated mobile money checkout options like Mpesa and Airtel Money to make it easier for you to pay for your products.

Enter the email address you used to sign up and click “Submit”. You will receive an email with a link to help you reset your password. The link is only valid for 12 hours after which you have to request a new one again.

General Questions

We take pride in the quality and durability of our goods which is why we offer a  Lifetime Warranty for every qualifying in-line Eden Leather Goods purchased from our retail stores or our website. Proof of purchase is required in order to receive a qualifying warranty repair.

We stand by the design, quality and craftsmanship of our goods which is why we are happy to cover issue due to a manufacturer defect incurred during the lifetime of your items. The Lifetime Warranty is applicable to the lifetime of our bags and covers defective seam stitching, faulty zippers, hardware defects and fabric defects. We will always attempt to repair your item with original or similar materials, however, in some cases we may need to use new materials or material colors for your repair. We will always discuss these options with you prior to making the repair.

Please note that we are unable to offer leather restoration. You can reference our leather care information within our FAQ page of the website.

Every item is subject to review by our customer service team. All repairs require proof of purchase. Some repairs that are not due to a manufacturer’s defect may require a reasonable fee. Final Sale, Clearance and Sample Sale items are not covered by warranty.

If you would like to submit your item for repair, please contact info@edenleather.co.ke with your proof of purchase and a photo of the item where the repair is needed.

Due to the nature of our work please allow up to 5 business days for production time prior to shipping your order, unless stated otherwise on the individual product page. If your order contains products with different lead times they will ship once all products ordered are available.

If your order is a large volume order, we will give you an estimated date of delivery as well as extra costs that might be incurred.

Natural leather is not treated with a tinted tan, but using tannins and other ingredients found in different vegetable matter, such as tree bark prepared in bark mills, wood, leaves, fruits, and roots.

At Eden Leather, we have leather care products that we highly recommend for your products. The leather care products will be available for sale on the Accessories section in the online shop.

The discounts offered online are only available for that time. We do occasionally offer special promotions, please sign-up for our newsletter to stay updated on any sale events.


Shipping information

Yes, we do 🙂

If an order was placed Monday through Thursday it will be shipped 24 – 48 hours after the order is confirmed and payment is received. If an order was placed on a Friday prior to 12:00 pm PST, the order will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has shipped. Please note, with expedited shipping, it will still take 48 hours to process the order before it ships.

Our shipping fees are based directly on FedEx® and USPS rates calculated by the weight of the item(s) purchased and the shipping destination zip code.
